Because each Keepsi Magnet is custom-made especially for you, we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Every order is created with care and checked thoroughly to ensure it meets our high-quality standards.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it — we’ll do our best to make it right.

Our products are made and dispatched quickly, so changes to your order after payment are limited. If you need assistance, reach out as soon as possible and we’ll let you know the status of your order and what options are available.

If you wish to cancel your order, please let us know within 24 hours of placing it. Unfortunately, once your order has been produced or fulfilled, we can’t offer a refund.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us with your order number and photos clearly showing the issue so we can help promptly.

We stand by the quality of our magnets — if your item is damaged or faulty, we’ll happily send a replacement.
