Processing Times
All orders are handcrafted and made to order.
Our standard processing time is 1-2 business days before dispatch.
Because every Keepsi Magnet is personalised, we take care to ensure each one meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio. If you’re purchasing for a special date please allow enough time for both processing and shipping.
During busy periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer, but we’ll always do our best to get your order out quickly.
Shipping Times (Australia)
Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
Express Shipping: 1–2 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If you need to update your shipping method or have entered an incorrect address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order so we can help before it’s dispatched.

While we do our best to ensure smooth delivery, we’re unable to offer refunds for parcels that are delayed but successfully delivered.
If your parcel is lost, damaged, or delayed, please get in touch with us and include your order number so we can assist you promptly.
Tracking Information
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirming dispatch.
Australia Post will then send tracking details and delivery updates — please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear.
If you haven’t received your shipping confirmation or tracking email, check your spam or junk folder first, or contact us for help.
